I have had these boots for nearly a year and so far they have held up fairly well. they have a nice sole and great quality leather, the material on the inside of the boot keeps my feet very warm. Where I live I usually get a small amout of snow so they have done well in the weather. If your are looking for snow boots though I would recommend something that is advertised as a snow boot, these are basically cold weather boots. I would not try wearing them in mud and snow because it would probley ruin the suede even if they were water proofed.
